How bad do you want to be successful?


My Grandfather told me when I was a young boy "a successful man is a man who can provide for himself and his family by getting up every day and doing what he loves to do". My true passion is weight training and I love training athletes and inspiring them to be their best. To be the best you don't always have to train harder then the rest. Just smarter then the rest. With more heart than the rest!
 

I will catch alot of heat for this but, the truth is pretty obvious. Most "trainers" have no clue what they are really doing. I have reached the elite levels in powerlifting. If I spent my time doing what most athlete strength trainers recommend not only would I be WEAK I would waste a ton of time in the gym. Take a look around..... Most of these guys are trying to train you to squat #405 and bench #315 and can't do it themselves. If you took flying lessons would you pay someone to teach you to fly who didn't know how?

I have spent years studying and using the methods of the most successful strength trainers in the world. I have spent hours and hours asking them questions on the phone and through E-mails and I continue to do so today. My training methods are proven over and over. I KNOW my training works and can prove it with my personal strength. You will be BIGGER, FASTER & STRONGER in less time than you ever thought possible.
