ABOUT US
We are a powerlifting team training in Colorado Springs Co. We train at Flex gym and have the only monolift in Colorado Springs. Our training is heavily influenced by Lexen Extreme , Big Iron Gym

& Westside Barbell 

We also have a Forza bench, EliteFS squat rack, Reverse hyper, Texas squat bar,
Safety squat bar, Cambered squat bar, Bands, Chains, Deadlift platforms and chalk is allowed.


Training Hours

Sunday- 12pm-1:30pm Dynamic Effort Upper
Monday- 5pm-6:30pm Dymamic Effort Lower
Wednesday- 5pm-6:30pm Max Effort Upper
Friday- 5pm-6:30pm
Max Effort Lower

All are welcome, only the strong return!!!!!!!!
